There are some roles in my life that come and end like chapters. Then there are my forever roles in life; being a wife and a mother of two. Through all the commotion, I pride myself on making waves and riding them as the days go on, but I lean on my partner, and he leans on me, to bring us balance. Life can be full of surprises and it’s a blessing my two littles are ready to dive in to their dreams with school, sports, dancing and acting. Together, we are a team, we are our biggest fans, and most importantly, we are each other’s best friends. From the start to the end of every day, I am a mother and wife first (along with my original signature smile and hearty laugh that fights through any stressors). Here, I share my knowledge and questions of my own on parenting, relationships and motherhood. I definitely do not have all the answers, but I’m taking on every moment to complete the puzzle that it is— piece by piece!

Corona Virus 19 Daily Schedule

As of Tuesday of last week my children have been on self quarantine by mine and my husbands decision after suffering from bad allergies and both are asthmatic. Naturally, some family members and friends thought my actions were drastic, but honestly, we all have to make the decision to do what is best for our own family. With that in mind, this organized mom was put into action. I stumbled upon a COVID-19 daily schedule on social media and thought…

Yes, I am fully aware it is partially the impact of puberty, however for us it is also the changing nature of ADHD symptoms as his brain matures. Just when we thought we got a handle on ADHD, and the life that entails for not only him but us all as a family puberty is knocking…
