Smoothies with the Nutri Ninja Auto iQ

Any meal in my house is a debate, a negotiation if you will, both kids become supreme court lawyers without passing elementary school.  Before they catch a glimpse of the actual meal, they have already conjured up an argument as to why they don’t want to eat it, why its not good for them and an alternative meal.

That is for all meals except smoothies, and I love making them!  Of course that is mostly because I have a Ninja in the kitchen.  Smoothies have served as powerful breakfast and the perfect afterschool snack since we received the Nutri Ninja iQ with Smooth Boost.  A powerful Nutrient and Vitamin Extractor, with the addition of a High-Performance Blender, I can whip up deliciously drinkable smoothies and dare I say it cocktails, (thats another blog post to come at a later date).

A unique combination of powerful Ninja® blades, high-torque motor, and high speeds allows you achieve an even greater level of smoothness than Ninja® has ever delivered before—all at the touch of a button.  My family is now enjoying fresh home made smoothies, that are high in fiber, low in fat and loaded with vitamins and antioxidants.  First person who tells my kids the truth about the smoothies they beg for and I sneakily complain about making is in deep trouble.  I have learned when we complain about things, the kids want it more.  Yep reverse psychology on the little people, don’t knock it until you try it.Nutri Ninja on the Go School yard style

Of course my family couldn’t possible enjoy their smoothies the same way, on this we are a family divided.  Luckily for us, we have the option to make our smoothies ultra creamy with the Smooth Boost Blend, or we can achieve the finest breakdown possible with the Smooth Boost extract option.  Which do you prefer?  Take a look at the video below to see how simple either version is..
