Summer is well underway and there are a few things I have learned I just can not live without to help me through this heatwave we are experiencing here in New York.
Never knowing where each day will take us, I keep my summer Beach essentials in my trimmed Vera Bradley bag ready to go in the front hall closet.
As a mom of 2, I am well aware of how difficult it can be to find an ideal bathing suit. That all changed for me a year ago when I tried on a Magic Suit and fell in love with the Yvonne! Callng all Moms with hips and curves! Yvonne is a one-piece body-hugging spectacular stunner bathing suit that drapes every curve with distinct shirring to conceal. In addition to concealing our curves Yvonne also boasts a plunging v-neckline with halter straps which are adjustable for appropriate support.
Echo Floppy Straw Hat ~ Big enough to ultimately to protect your face from harmful rays and sun damage
Havaianas ‘Slim’ Flip Flop the most comfortable and flexible flip flops I will ever where on the beach 🙂
Desigual ~ Beach towel Sarong ~ Hands Down LOVE!! I received this as a gift from a friend at Desigual and it has been a staple in my Summer bag! I love items that have multi purposes, I wear it as a sarong, dry off with it as I step out of the water, I have also used it to sit on to share a picnic with my daughter.
Ponds BB Cream ~ this is so hard to find, I can’t even believe I am sharing this secret! Ponds BB Cream instantly provides natural looking coverage along with providing SPF 15 with UVA/UVB protection
Australian Gold ~ The Perfect sunscreen lotion or spray for me because it contains SPF as well as an accelerator which gives my body a sun kissed glow, that can be hard to achieve with this milky white skin without sun damage.
What are your must have summer items?
Do you have a summer beach bag packed and ready to go at all times?

I miss living within a short drive to the beach. I hope to get in one quick beach getaway before summer is over. A sunhat and shades are at the top of my list. Helps keep migraines at bay when I do go to the beach.

I head to the beach almost every week. I add baby powder as it makes it easy to get the sand off my feet. Another one is lip balm.

I LOVE that beach bag, it is so cute! I also really like the style of that bathing suit, I think it would be very flattering on many different body types! Thanks so much for sharing this post!

For me, a rashguard is preferred than a bathing suit because it can protect my skin from getting burned faster. Can you recommend any BB cream or foundation that is waterproof? If I were to go to the beach and the waters, I would want to look naturally flawless with a full coverage face product that’s waterproof.

I love summer and love your summer beach bag! As one who cannot go outside anytime throughout the year without sunscreen on, it is always very important to make sure my summer skin is protected too! It really does help with the anti-aging process too!

We always have at least two sunscreens in our beach bag, we both burn like crazy! This is a great list of thing to keep in a beach bag! I also always have at least one cell phone charger and batter charger stick in ours.

These are great picks! I just love your swimsuit and the bag is gorgeous. These are the things that I usually bring to the beach, plus my e-reader. Sunscreen is a must as my skin burns pretty quickly.

Spent the entire summer in Florida and still managed to miss getting to the beach. But we did make it to the pool a lot…LOL! Sunscreen, sunglasses and a floppy hat were def items in our bag. And also plenty of toys for the water. Love that bag too! And thankfully I found a high wasited bikini that make me look amazing.

This is basically what I bring. Just add the little guy’s shovel and bucket to collect rocks. And a good book for me to read while daddy is keeping up with the little guy. I love to read while drying off after a swim.
